Environmental Policy

VISION

At Bangsak Village, our management and senior managers are committed to environmental protection and strive to reduce our property’s operational impact on the environment.

GOAL

Through our environmental policy we will:

1.Ensure we comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations

2.Measure our environmental performance against our objectives and targets, making sure that we regularly review our progress

3.Train our staff on our environmental commitments, so that they understand the role the play in delivering our objectives and targets, and

4.Invite our guests to support our efforts to reduce our environmental impact

OBJECTIVES

To achieve our environmental goal in 2025, we will:

1.Achieve and maintain our Travelife for Hotels & Accommodations award

2.Reduce our energy consumption by 5% compare to 2024 by using only energy-saving light bulbs..

3.Reduce our water consumption by 5% compare to 2024 by installing water flow restrictions in the taps and showers and low flush and /or dual flush toilets in guest bathrooms.

4.Reduce the waste we send to landfill by 10% compare to 2024 by separating all our waste streams including glass, paper, cardboard etc. and identifying opportunities to reuse or recycle these materials.

5.Reduce the use of potentially harmful chemicals in our operations by 5% compare to 2024 and find biodegradable or natural alternatives

  1. Produce information to protect and conserve nesting sites of endangered species near the hotel and encourage interest from our guests.
  2. Promote and support important local traditions for tourists to know about, at least 3 traditions. (ถือศีลกินเจ ลอยกระทง สงกรานต์)
  3. we will engage with our local communities to foster environmental awareness and support local environmental initiatives
  4. At Bangsak Village Hotel, we place great importance on respecting and promoting human rights in all aspects of our operations. We are committed to creating a safe, fair, and respectful environment for everyone, including employees, guests, and the local community.
